Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Express shipping is 2–3 business days. Overnight shipping is available for next-business-day delivery. Processing time is 1–2 business days before shipment.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $6.99. Express and overnight options are available at additional cost.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. PayPal refunds typically appear within 1–3 business days. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to show on your statement.
Yes, exchanges are welcome within 30 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will hold your desired item while processing the return.
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our international shipping options. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch international shipping.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure PayPal-powered checkout. All payments are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Measure your chest, waist, and hips with a soft measuring tape, then compare to our size guide. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Our team is happy to advise — just email us!
We are sorry if you received a damaged or defective item! Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet entered processing. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number. Once an order is in processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery.
Absolutely. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure, encrypted system. Our site uses SSL encryption and complies with PCI-DSS standards.
We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but all our packages are beautifully presented. We are working on introducing gift cards. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when this feature launches.
Care instructions are included on the label of every garment. As a general rule, we recommend washing delicate items like silk and merino wool in cold water on a gentle cycle, or dry cleaning when in doubt. Avoid high heat in the dryer to preserve fabric quality.
