Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking information when your order ships.
2. Domestic Shipping Options
We ship to all 50 US states and US territories. The following shipping options are available at checkout:
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays).
3. Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order is selected based on your location, package size, and the shipping method chosen. We reserve the right to select the most efficient carrier for your shipment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after your package is picked up.
If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at [email protected].
5. Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard shipping applies to all US orders with a subtotal of $75 or more before taxes. Promotional discounts, gift card values, and shipping costs are not counted toward the free shipping threshold.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express or overnight orders. International shipping is not available at this time.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
MUN Geneva Store is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Waiting 24 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Filing a claim with the carrier if the package is confirmed lost
If a package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We cannot modify addresses once an order has shipped.
