Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MUN Geneva purchase. If something is not right, we are here to make it right with our straightforward, hassle-free return process.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed — item has not been worn outside or laundered
  • In original condition — no stains, odors, tears, or alterations
  • All original tags attached — tags must still be on the garment
  • In original or comparable packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Items purchased with a promotional discount greater than 50% off
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery date
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]"
  • Step 2: Include your name, order number, item(s) you are returning, and reason for return
  • Step 3: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
  • Step 4: Pack your items securely and ship to the address provided. Include your RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Step 5: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your return tracking number.

MUN Geneva Store is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit without proof of shipment.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 1–3 business days after delivery to our facility), we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds are then processed as follows:

  • PayPal: Refunds appear within 1–3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days. To request an exchange:

  • Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like instead
  • If the requested item is in stock, we will reserve it for you
  • Send your original item back using the return process above
  • Once received, we ship your exchange item at no additional shipping charge (standard shipping)

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • Brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue with a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
